The Twelfth Night Prayer: Eight units with Surah al-Fātiḥah once and Surah al-Qadr thirty times.
The Twelfth Day Supplication
اَللّٰهُمَّ زَيِّنِّي فِيْهِ بِالسِّتْرِ وَ الْعَفَافِ
allahumma zayyinny fihi bilssatri wal-`afafi
O Allah: on this day, (please) adorn me with covering and chastity,
وَ اسْتُرْنِي فِيْهِ بِلِبَاسِ الْقُنُوعِ وَ الْكَفَافِ
wasturny fihi bilibasi alqunu`i wal-kafafi
And cover me on it with the dress of satisfaction and contentment,
وَاحْمِلْنِي فِيْهِ عَلَى العَدْلِ وَالإِنْصَافِ
wahmilny fihi `ala al`adli wal-insafi
And encourage me on this day to be just and impartial,
وَآمِنّي فِيْهِ مِنْ كُلّ مَا أَخَافُ،
wa aminny fihi min kulli ma akhafu
And secure me against whatever I fear;
بِعِصْمَتِكَ يَا عِصْمَةَ الخَائِفِينَ.
bi`ismatika ya `ismata alkha’ifina
By Your protection; O the Shelter of the fearful ones.
